After having worked with various teachers of classical paintings, by taking my artistic independence I evolve more and more towards a more simplified writing going straight to the essentials. I call my work FIGURATIVE ABSTRACTION.
It is mainly in music that I draw the spark for my future creations as well as in dance and live performances in general. For some time I have been working on landscapes and face profile portraits dear to the cubist.
For dance and music, splitting the image creates rhythm and movement. The dynamic colors interpret the vibrations and the melody
In the transparencies after an elaborate background work with a knife, it is the light and the reflections that will determine the object, its shape and its volume.
For the landscapes, I exclude the details to keep only the essential, I idealize the colors by highlighting the dominant tonality, I use a writing inspired by cubism based on volumes and surfaces geometric .
Perpetually in search of novelty in my research, I try my hand at multiple techniques with different graphics by diversifying the subjects while keeping my own signature.
Currently the “Street-art” directs my creation.
