Anelo1997 is a dynamic contemporary Italian artist specializing in creating installations, sculptures, and architectural works in iron. Operating as both a designer and craftsman, Anelo1997 has been exhibiting his work since 2011 in a diverse range of venues, including art galleries, churches, cultural centers, public spaces, and museums.

In Rome, his work has been displayed at prominent locations such as Traffic Club, Officine Lanificio Pietralata, Cibo Project, C.S. Brancaleone, Lungo Teverecampo Capoprati, Casa del Jazz, Casa dell’Architettura, Nero Gallery, Sinestetica Expo, and Cappella Orsini. Beyond the capital, he has showcased his art at the Geophysical Museum of Rocca di Papa, the Civic Exhibition Space 16 in Pescara, and the Palazzo delle Arti Beltrani in Trani, a UNESCO heritage site and multifunctional cultural center. His installations have also been featured in unique venues such as the Labirinto della Masone in Fontanellato, the RespirArt art park in Pampeago, Greccio for the VIVAIO Exhibition, and the Casa degli Artisti in Milan.

Anelo1997 has participated in several notable art fairs, including Paratissima (2016, 2021) and the Talent Prize (2022). He has also contributed to major competitions, such as the Festival del Tempo curated by Roberta Melasecca in collaboration with Fondazione Pistoletto ONLUS. His work has been featured at prestigious exhibitions and design fairs, including Prossimo Futuro at the Casa dell’Architettura in Rome (curated by AIAC - Italian Association of Architecture and Criticism) and the 2022 Salone del Mobile di Milano. In 2023, he took part in the XII edition of Architects Meet in Selinunte, an international event directed by Luigi Prestinenza Puglisi and Orazio La Monaca.

In addition to his exhibitions, Anelo1997 collaborates with the theater world, deg and producing scenographies and urban art installations for international performance art festivals. Since 2023, he has been a resident artist at the Casa degli Artisti in Milan, contributing to the Koinòtes project curated by Olga Gambari.

Through his innovative use of iron and dedication to artistic exploration, Anelo1997 continues to make a significant impact on contemporary art and design.
