Créateur d'images, je puise une grande partie de mon inspiration dans le direct avec la nature. Après un age aux Beaux-Arts (Montpellier), j'ai commencé à expérimenter différents graphismes en me guidant sur deux principes : la spontanéité dans l'expression, et une économie de moyens (crayons, feutres graphiques, crayons de couleurs, format A4).
La recherche graphique va de paire, pour moi, avec l'exploration d'autres pays et régions. Elle prend donc parfois l'aspect d'un carnet de voyages. Je m'intéresse également, dans l'esprit du groupe Cobra ou de la calligraphie chinoise au rapport entre écriture et dessin.
J'expose régulièrement dans les régions PACA et Rhône Alpes. Actuellement j'ai une prédilection pour les paysages. Et, de fait, mon atelier est souvent en plein air, comme en atteste la photo que j'ai choisi pour évoquer "l'artiste au travail".
