Born in Cuba and currently living in the USA, he brings with him the entire system of beliefs and cultures of the Caribbean Island. Several years of teaching experience in fine arts, and theater design. Participation as a designer and artist-in residence in community events in Cuba and Usa. Painter, sculptor and photographer. Everything in his images is a theatrical act. Everything is absolutely studied like a performance, a scenic design that ends up being a frozen image. Just as he paints portraits, so does photography in a relentless search for human beings and their belief system. The light, the study of the scene, the theatricality hides a critical vision of contemporary society and its new ideas of the divine.
