 Pavel Leonidovich Minchenya was born on August 4, 1977 in Grodno.
From 1983 to 1992 he studied at secondary school No. 1 in Dzerzhinsk, Minsk region, during the same period from fifth to ninth grade he studied at the art school;
From 1992 to 1996 - in Grodno Art School named after Tetka at the department of “Artistic design”, upon graduation from which he was awarded the qualification of an artist-designer and a teacher of the art school.
Upon graduation in 1996 he organized his first personal exhibition in the hall of the school itself.
In 1996 he entered the Grodno State University named after Yanka Kupala at the department of “Yanka Kupala”. Yanka Kupala at the department of “Fine Arts and Drawing” of the Faculty of Psychology and Pedagogy.
Being an icon painter of the Grodno diocese, in March 2004 he participated in the exhibition “Icon painting of Belarus of the XXI century”.
Currently, more than three hundred of his icons are located in dozens of churches and monasteries in many cities and towns of Belarus and abroad. Iconostases were painted in the temples of the Transfiguration of the Lord (Luban) and other cities and towns.
Numerous icons are located in Grodno, where he lives - in the Cathedral of All Belarusian Saints, Boris and Gleb Church, in the church in honor of the icon of the Mother of God of Kolozhskaya, as well as in the Elisey-Lavrishev Monastery (Grodno region), Kormyansk St. ), Kormyansk St. John's Monastery (Gomel region), Pokrovsky Church of Dzerzhinsk (Minsk region), Church of the Vladimir Icon of the Mother of God in Lepel (Vitebsk region), Mozyr and other cities and towns.
