Tatiana Martinenko es originaria en una pequeña ciudad de Ucrania. 

Su infancia transcurrió rodeada de diversos paisajes naturales. Desarrollando de esta forma una imaginación, gusto y estilo.

Cumplidos cinco años, ingresó a la escuela de iniciación de música en el departamento de Piano. Posteriormente al colegio musical de S.Prokofiev, Ucrania. Años más tarde obtendrá una maestría en música por parte del conservatorio de S.Rachmaninov en Rostov del Don, Rusia. Desde 1991 reside en los Estados Unidos Mexicanos. Siendo profesora en escuelas profesionales de música, ganadora del Premio de Bellas Artes por su publicación de un tratado de Solfeo, “El mundo de la Entonación”. 

Los primeros pasos e intervenciones en el dibujo y la pintura ocurren desde la infancia, cuando se inscribe a un Club de Dibujo y Arte por parte de un proyecto del departamento de cultura de la URSS. 

Estudiando simultáneamente, profesionalmente música, la búsqueda en el dibujo, de un estilo propio viene en gran medida de la música. Buscando plantear impresiones de las obras musicales de los compositores de diferentes épocas, surgen imágenes y tramas originales, que a su vez se plasman en lienzo o papel. A esto se le agregan inspiraciones de la poesía, literatura y el paisaje. Todos estos factores determinan un estilo y particularidades de su trabajo.

Usando diferentes y contrastantes técnicas y estilos, se busca expresar genuinamente las impresiones creadas. 

Usando una paleta limitada, aplicando numerosas capas, jugando con la intensidad de la luz y sombra, buscando una riqueza de textura y profundidad visual. Abordando estilos de realismo, abstracción, impresionismo; usando técnicas con acrílico, grafito, acuarela, óleo, y sobre todo encáustico. 

Algunos logros y premios obtenidos por la artista, se puede mencionar: 

*2014 - Exposición para la “Feria colectiva de artesanía y pintura de artistas mexicanos” - Liceo Mexicano Japonés AC

*2007 - Reconocimiento por la exposición personal de pinturas, bajo el tema de “Cuidemos al planeta” - Liceo Mexicano Japonés. 

*2005 - Premio de Bellas Artes - INBA, México. Por la creación del método “El mundo de la entonación” en tres tomos.

Actualmente Tatiana Martinenko se mantiene activa con sus trabajos y creaciones, se experimentan técnicas y la cantidad de trabajos se encuentra en constante crecimiento. En 2023 inició una galería digital a través de Instagram, buscando dar una amplia difusión de su trabajo y obras.
