About the painting:
This abstract diptych is composed of two s filled with dynamic blues, whites, and muted grays. The color palette evokes a sense of movement, lightness, and depth, with shades of blue ranging from deep, almost indigo tones to airy, lighter washes. Each feels like a continuation of the other, with sweeping brushstrokes that create a soft, cloud-like atmosphere.
The composition features loose, flowing brushstrokes that give an impression of swirling mist or clouds, accented by sharper, fine black lines that cut through the softer forms. These lines suggest fleeting moments or movements—perhaps the "blink of an eye" in the title.
