With a higher academic education in art, preceded by training at an art college and a children's art school, she undoubtedly has extensive experience in classical representational painting. However, she finds simple representation of the real world on canvas boring and uninteresting. In her opinion, that is the realm of artistic photography. She sees the purpose of the artist in something entirely different. The impression—an opportunity to experience vivid emotions—is the task that is evident in the artist's works. Through flowers painted in a single breath, she conveys the fleeting mood, iration, and appreciation for them. This is not "botanical painting," although the flowers are recognizable. Each petal, with its anatomical details, is not meticulously rendered.
