Each work presents a woman engaged in a specific gesture or state — not as a subject of observation, but as a carrier of meaning: a karate practitioner in mid-kata, a masked doctor, a woman seen from behind, walking away. These are not portraits in the traditional sense — they are embodied statements, where movement, posture, or gaze becomes a metaphor for a lived path.
The series explores invisible tensions and hidden effort — the subtle balance between strength and vulnerability, discipline and care.
These are not heroines, nor are they illustrations of “the feminine.” Rather, each figure is a moment of personal and existential decision: to stay, to leave, to protect, to resist.
Every composition fuses inner and outer realities — where biology, psychology, culture, and gesture converge in a single point: the moment of conscious presence.

My artistic approach is to show in my creativity the connection of worlds through balance (equality, justice) and freedom. My work is not only painting, it is a complex pattern of life through many identifications and values. I am a writer, pHD doctor philosophy, master of psychology, gestalt therapist, 4th dan karate kekushinkai sensei. I strive to experience freedom of expression, speech, movement and choice. The greater the pressure, the greater the value of creativity for me. Equality, balance and justice are manifested through my national identities: Karachay, Kuban Cossack, Turkish Armenian, in which there are no major and minor ones, just like in my professional and other identities. All these are not different parts of me, everything is one and manifests itself in my work and life: karate, psychology, painting, literature, music, spiritual and material, physical and subtle, abstract and figurative.

I'm delighted to be part of my first UK exhibition, running from November 2 to December 14. This event marks a significant milestone for me, as it’s the first time my artwork is available for sale in the UK. I am exhibiting two pieces—one created in oil and the other in acrylic—each reflecting my journey as an artist and my ion for expressive detail.
Attending the opening was an inspiring experience. I was touched by the enthusiasm and curiosity of the visitors who engaged with my work, asking questions and sharing their impressions. Being able to share the stories and emotions behind each piece with such a receptive audience was incredibly rewarding.
This exhibition is a unique opportunity not only to showcase my art but also to build meaningful connections with viewers and collectors in a new cultural setting. It’s a privilege to share my vision, and I am excited to see how my work resonates with those who visit.
