Né en 1979 en Normandie, Florian DeZegher travaille en région parisienne.
Historien et historien de l'art, il devient ensuite architecte d'intérieur pour le plaisir d'allier l'inventivité, la matière et l'espace.
C’est à l’occasion de deux expositions parisiennes qu'il découvre les photographies gourmandes de Nicolas Knepper en mai 2017, puis les Box Stories de Gaspard Mitz en mars 2018. Dès cet instant, il s'est intéressé au modélisme ferroviaire ainsi qu’aux personnages HO (échelle 1/87e). Par ce biais, il approche plusieurs artistes, notamment le Japonais Tanaka Tatsuya qui prend une photo chaque jour sur un thème précis avec de telles figurines. Il en résulte des photos décalées et pleines de fraîcheur.
À son tour, il se lance sur cette voie au début de l’année 2019 en créant des cadres puis des cloches aux formes variées pour évoquer les cabinets de curiosité dans lesquels il détourne ces figurines (majoritairement recyclées) de leur activité première.
Dès les prémices, il avait imaginé de petits formats pour ses clients lors de la remise des clés et de la fin du chantier de leur appartement et/ou maison. Ces cadeaux ont plu et il en a donc réalisé d’autres pour son propre loisir qu'il a commencés à exposer dès 2023 via Instagram et quelques expositions en .
Encadrés, mis en valeur sur des tuiles ou bien sous cloches, ses Worldini visent à parodier la société et à questionner nos contemporains par le biais d'expressions idiomatiques françaises et étrangères.
