Buste en faïence émaillée aux couleurs métallisées. Le charme de ce buste réside autant dans sa silhouette angulaire et contemporaine que dans le contraste entre le brillant et le côté mat des émaux. L’émail acier a des effets « coup de flamme », il absorbe la lumière tandis que l'émail argenté/bronze la reflète.
Ce buste est créé avec la technique de la plaque, donc entièrement creux avec une épaisseur régulière, ce qui assure un meilleur séchage et une cuisson uniforme. Il y a deux cuissons sur cette pièce: la première que l'on appelle cuisson biscuit (980°) c'est-à-dire la cuisson de la terre, la seconde l'émaillage (1050°). Emaillage au pinceau.
Pour la rendre encore plus unique, j'y ajoute ma touche finale: le ruban en satin.
Cette sculpture est collée sur un socle en métal carré noir, 12 x12 cm
