Frank is een hedendaagse Nederlandse kunstenaar wiens werk urban art, pop art en neo-expressionisme combineert. Hij richt zich op het maken van kunst met gebruikte en weggegooide materialen, voornamelijk hout. Met een speelse en humoristische benadering onderzoekt Frank thema's als seks, de huidige tijdsgeest en hedendaagse gebeurtenissen. Zijn onderwerpen variëren van serieuze kwesties tot absurde onwaarschijnlijkheden, waaronder persoonlijke ervaringen uit zijn leven.
