Peter Nottrott is a contemporary German artist. He has established an international exposure over the course of his career, which spans more than three decades. He creates dynamic, high-energy abstract paintings, placing a high value on freedom and uniqueness in both creative and life. Nottrott's use of vibrant colors and expressive brush strokes produces a sense of brightness, dynamism, and optimism.

Peter Nottrott was born in 1962 in Flensburg, , and started working as a full time artist after graduating from the private art school Atelier YAK, in Hamburg. Over time he developed a real ion for abstract art, and this is now the main focus of his work.

Nottrott was one of the best-selling artists online for many years and his paintings can be found from private collections to the boardrooms of multinational companies.
