Stefano Natali nasce il 3/11/1965 a Cesena (FC),
terminato il Liceo Artistico Pier L.Nervi di Ravenna, frequenta il corso di Grafica CFP Albe Steiner e l’Accademia di Belle Arti allievo di Luciano Caldari. Poi intraprende un intenso tirocinio che lo porta da Ravenna a Milano allo studio 3ntini lavorando nel campo dell’Illustrazione e in seguito del fumetto (Star Comics, 3ntini, Telemaco, Free Comics, Liberty), pubblicando su riviste a tiratura nazionale ed estera (Spagna , Francia, Germania, Olanda, Croazia…)

In seguito i suoi corsi sono presenti in diverse scuole di Faenza, Forlì e Cesena, anche in collaborazione con l’ Associazione culturale Dante Alighieri. 

Nel 2001 l’ incontro con il suo alter ego “Natato” (tecnico digitale dalla produzione multimediale). 

Socio fondatore e membro del consiglio direttivo dell’ Adarc (Associazione Degli Artisti Cesenati) dal 2006 al 2010. 

Dal 2019 l’impegno di Natali è rivolto verso uno studio personale e approfondito del colore in ambito pittorico insieme ad una visione moderna, ironica e distaccata della rappresentazione, non legata ad un realismo di tipo “accademico” bensì ad una visione Pop personale e non meno sentita, partecipando a diverse esposizioni collettive: Roma, Venezia, Genova, Tbilisi (Georgia) ed altre.

Il suo stile si caratterizza per l’uso un pò primitivo di colori vivaci, armonici o contrastanti, spesso ispirati dalla natura, dalla cultura pop o dalla cruda quotidianità attraverso il colore acrilico, pastelli ad olio, matita o pennarelli e collage, con una tecnica mista che sperimenta continuamente nuove soluzioni espressive e comunicative.

Nel Maggio del 2019 la realizzazione del Murale (2,80 x 13 metri) su idea di
Sandra Canduzzi Pieri :
“La Storia di Cesena sfila in bicicletta”
sito a Cesena (FC), riscuotendo un grande consenso di pubblico nella sua città natale.

Nel 2021/22 partecipa con il gruppo: “Nella selva oscura” tra Arte e Letteratura di Giovanni Tonelli, a diverse esposizioni “IN CANTO” a Brisighella (RA) dedicato a Dante e “La notte della chimera” al DART Villa Verlicchi di Lavezzola (RA) dedicato a Dino Campana. 

Nel 2023 inizia la collaborazione con il critico Ian Anders (IA). 

Nel 2024 si conclude la fruttuosa collaborazione durata 4 anni con i si di Singulart  per intraprendere un nuovo sodalizio artistico d'oltralpe con la Galleria d'Arte online Artmajeur.

Vive e lavora a Cesena (FC).
