Tim Klein is a photographer and director who uses stills and motion to capture and create joyful moments of connection. People, places, and things inspire his photography. His main source of inspiration is light, particularly the way it can dramatically alter a scene. He adores the morning glow through the fog, the graphic shadows of noon light, the light of an overcast day, and the dramatic rose-colored light at sunset.

He is enthralled by people and their stories, from celebrities and people overcoming life-altering obstacles to simple loving moments between a parent and their child. Everyday life is filled with so much beauty. He meets people from all walks of life, and each of them inspires him to tell their stories. Nature also appeals to him, from vast open landscapes to intricate details and patterns. The experience of truly noticing the world around him is the greatest source of inspiration."

Tim Klein is a true master at bringing out authentic feelings and actions within a staged setting, with a background in photojournalism. Based in the Midwest (USA), he is frequently commissioned to work with award-winning publications and brands such as Apple, Discovery Channel, Forbes, Presence Health, The New Yorker, Smithsonian Magazine, Yamaha, and Zipcar.
