Mein Atelier befindet sich in Flensburg. In den 1980er-Jahren schloss ich ein Kunstpädagogikstudium ab und arbeitete viele Jahre in einem Jugendzentrum mit dem Schwerpunkt künstlerisches Gestalten. Seit 2007 zeige ich meine Werke in nationalen und internationalen Ausstellungen sowie in Galerien. Meine Bilder sind Teil von Sammlungen im In- und Ausland.

Ein besonderer Fokus meiner Arbeit liegt auf der Pleinairmalerei. Im Laufe der Jahre entwickelte ich eine Technik, die es mir ermöglicht, großformatige Leinwände direkt vor Ort in einem Arbeitsgang zu vollenden und die Atmosphäre des jeweiligen Tages einzufangen.

Neben der Pleinairmalerei entstehen in meinem Atelier auch abstrakte Werke und  Darstellungen von Menschen und Tieren in der Landschaft. Ich arbeite bevorzugt mit Öl auf Leinwand oder Holz sowie mit Aquarellfarben.
